  • Reverse transcriptase (RT)

  • 1- and 2-D SDS-PAGE protein separation and identification

  • Primary and immortalized cell culture
  • Whole-cell transport
  • Targeted (RT-PCR, Nanostring) and genomic (Affymetrix microarray) gene expression
  • Bioinformatic analysis
