2020 North American Dairy Educational Experience

For 2020, the NAILE Dairy Quiz Bowl Management Team hosted a dairy educational experience in place of an in-person or virtual Dairy Quiz Bowl.

The 2020 North American Dairy Educational Experience involved teams of 4-Her's evaluating a series of farm-based mini-scenarios. Teams provided their evaluation in the form of a letter to the hypothetical farm owner.

15 states participated (FL, GA, IA, IL, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, VA , WA, and WI) and submit letters. Four other teams from GA, ME, NY, and PA, also had a second team of youth indicate they participated at the local level. Congratulations to all!

First Place- The WI 4-H Dairy Team- Grace Haase, Courtney Glenna, Katherine Elwood, Hailey Clausen, and Ella Williamson

Second Place- NY Evaluation Team- Annika Donlick, Gabriella Taylor, Brogan Graves, and Alaska Dunstan

Two Honorable Mention Teams

MA 4-H Dairy Team- Rachel Meacham, Timothy Meacham, and Evan Cooper

MI COW-Vid Youth Dairy Club- Lydia Deters, Kelsei Rushmore, Cristin Theisen, Ross Kelsey, and Katelynn Webster
